Love this hotel! Came last weekend for fun and decided to make the trip back with the kids for a fun weekend! Will be back!

The bath tube was not clean. Had to personally clean so it would be suitable for my kids to use.

Rooms smaller than others and room didn't have a refrigerator

The front desk attendants treated us very well. However the cleaning staff could be more approachable. They seemed like they just really just did not want to be here or to answer small questions

The room I was in was dirty. I found an open condom. The parking was terrible. The housekeeping staff out my towels on the floor outside my room, when I didn't have a do not disturb on my door. They comped one night stay or at least I was told and she It was time to check out the manager forgot to take it off my bill. Awful experience. I always stay at the embassy suites and this was the worst experience ever. I will be contacting Hilton.com
