Nice family atmosphere and great comfortable rooms

I like the indoor garden-like atmosphere but they're doing a ton of work on the interior that was disruptive early in the morning

The pool had too much chlorine and there was a lot of remodeling going on. Also there were guests smoking inside the hotel.

First off, we had issues with the plumbing. Maintenance had to come twice to resolve this. Elevators are way too slow and there is not enough of them Fire alarms keep going off. Couldn't get to our room - 7th floor. No luggage carts available. Very frustrating visit! Now we know why the rates are so low!

The remodel should be nice. Breakfast was horrible.
