We love Hilton properties. The hot tub didn't work right and was a little hot. The tv in the bedroom wouldn't adjust the volume low enough so I had trouble sleeping

The hotel is amazing. I stayed on the 12th floor. The room was very clean. There were a few problems with my room (safe needed to be serviced, drawer bottom was broken, closet glass doors hard to close), but I called the front desk, and the service man came within the hour and fixed everything. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My one complaint was that the Internet was not free. It was $9.95 per day or $54 per week. I pay less than $54 per month for Internet at home. The rooms were expensive and then to have to pay for the internet on top of that was appreciated. Breakfast was great.

Staff not very friendly
