Just stayed here one night as my daughter was attending the Showbiz Xtreme dance convention hosted for at least the second consecutive year in the attached St. Charles Convention Center. Last year, there were no rooms available here until just a couple of days before the event, so I maintained our reservation at the Embassy Suites STL Airport as it was around $50 cheaper. This year, Halloween, the rates were roughly identical so I elected to stay at the convention property. It was a great decision, and if we choose to go again next year, I'll be looking forward to staying here again. You just can't beat the Embassy Suites.

Front desk workers could have been better.

The hotel is amazing. I stayed on the 12th floor. The room was very clean. There were a few problems with my room (safe needed to be serviced, drawer bottom was broken, closet glass doors hard to close), but I called the front desk, and the service man came within the hour and fixed everything. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My one complaint was that the Internet was not free. It was $9.95 per day or $54 per week. I pay less than $54 per month for Internet at home. The rooms were expensive and then to have to pay for the internet on top of that was appreciated. Breakfast was great.
