Both my boyfriend and I find the beds uncomfortable and we do not like the pillows. We would like them to be fuller. Also when we checked in, the front desk staff said that my card could not be authorized for both nights. I spent over 20min on hold with my bank to find out that my bank declined nothing. That it was a processing problem on the hotels end. I wish the front desk employee had tried to run my card again before I spent all that time on hold.
