Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale

Was expecting refrigerator in room. Bathroom could have been cleaner upon check in.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Old not updated Hampton inn. Key didn't work when first arrived. When got to room, room was hot. Figured due to cleaning ladies turned temp up. Turned air down, and tried to go to bed thinking room would cool down. WRONG! No air. By time left room as quick as can next morning, told front hotel clerk about air problem. She assumed I was stupid and didn't know how to work it. Didn't appreciate insult especially with not having cup of coffee. Had already witnessed her smartmouth comment to person in front of me. Her reaction was like oh well. Will never stay at this Hampton Inn again and will definitely tell people not to stay there.
