We had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying there again!

I called at 7:00 am on my arrival day to request no perfumed sprays in my room. I have allergies and asthma. The girl said she would relay it to housekeeping. I arrived and mentioned the "no perfume" request again and was sent to my room. It smelled of Febreeze. I was very disappointed. The kind manager brought up an ionizer unit. So basically I inhaled ozone for 2 nights instead of Febreeze. If you had ever been hospitalized for asthma, you would know this is no silly matter. The finer hotels do not use "cover up" products. I was stuck in an unhealthy environment and will not be returning.
