Good stay

Pre-arrival communication by hotel staff made me feel valued. Quick check-in upon arrival. Fresh room. Great ambiance in lobby area. There was trash on a 6th floor table near the elevators.

I like the Radisson brand hotels and the LAX location is fantastic

I have never been to the Radisson hotel at LAX and I must say it was a great experience. If I ever have to stay the night near the airport I know where I will be going!

This hotel is now the concourse so the reviews should be listed accordingly. This is no longer a radisson property. The room was horrible, the service was horrible, the air didn't work and the engineer took about 30 mins to come up to look at it, to tell us it was fixed when actually nothing was fixed
