I prefer to stay at Hampton inn because they are usually clean and I like breakfast. This hotel has amazing staff and the rooms were clean. I would stay her again! This was a positive experience.

Great, the room was huge and it had a good breakfest

Small room, air conditioning stopped working and waited forever for help and when help did come he was not friendly at all. No workers say hello or anything when you walk by, pictures online were misleading about pool, and it's not on the beach like it said. It was a decent price though and the room wasn't dirty so it wasn't all bad

Poor security. I was on 5th floor and door to hallway from outside says "this door remains locked for your security please use room key to enter" I stayed for 4 nights and it was unlocked the entire time. Front desk also told me it would be locked and I needed a key to enter. Very disappointed that the internet access was limited to 2 devices...I am a business traveler with 2 phones (poor cell reception in room) laptop and iPad-total pain!
