Believe it or not , i do not experience that now and days :( in other business . But for the first time in a long time i Experienced GREAT!! customer service with the complete staff in Cash America not only one individual. I went in and was looking for a piece of jewelry that stood out to me. Crystal greeted and assisted me right away. She came and showed me some beautiful earrings they had a huge selection of earrings and many rings. I got a great deal on a piece of jewelry and crystal was very nice and she helped me put What I loved on layaway she got my number down and told me she will call me to remind me on my payments. I never had anyone do that I just hope to hear back from her and she will be the one I go to for my next big layaway. Thank you Donna store the manager Jorge is very very kind. Keep up the good work.
