Everything was great expect the room was a little on the rundown side

Love the place

Overall, everything was great. We enjoyed everything. The room service options weren't great. It was also unfortunate that the hotel didn't have a hot tub. The only issue we had was the night manager. He was rude and rather abrasive toward us and other guests. We told him about broken glass we found in the elevator, before going to dinner at 7:00. When we came back around 10. It still had not been cleaned up. We mentioned it again & he told us that it wasn't a concern. Two of us were sitting in the lobby area chatting because others were sleeping in the room. He told us he would prefer if we didn't stay there. He was very rude. He was unhappy if we were going outside to smoke or went out any time after 10. He was the only issue.

It was very clean and welcoming! when I was staying there it felt like I was in my own home! everyone was super nice and friendly! I had an amazing experience

I did have an issue with the fact that I booked my room online. Did the pre-check in online and it said just swing past and pick up my key. But I then had to provide an additional credit card. This seemed stupid.

Great staff

Great location to half marathon I ran. Love the breakfast.
