We had a night that was amazing

The staff was very kind and good food/breakfast

Really like the hotel. Stayed through the horseshoe casino. Breakfast wasn't as good as I remembered.

My father is a silver member. I live here and when he visits he stays with you. The only problem was your premium suite 6th floor vending machine for drinks. It sucked. I tried 5 times before and after the maintenance tech came to get a sprite It was useless. Other than that. Fantastic workers. Oh and your omelet maker is awesome. I am absolutely amazed by that gentleman. I told people about the omelet man and they wi be staying at this hotel when they visit!??

Needs a major update of rooms

Ball of hair wrapped up in comforter... But overall good stay. Friendly employees!

We booked a regular room and were given a handicapped room. This isn't a big deal but whenever we showered the whole bathroom floor was soaked, leaving this a safety issue for our toddler. Also, the parking situation is less than ideal.

Friendly staff but very loud guests

Having to pay for the wireless internet was ridiculous. Also the hotel could use some upgrades.
