Best place to stay in San Antonio. The food at the restaurant was not as good as expected but overall a great stay.

Great view and comfortable bed! The only downside was the long walk from the elevator to the room (my wife has mobility issues). I like that the staff was pleasant but not overbearing.

Good overall. Valet parking pricy and amount to pay was misquoted but manager addressed to miscommunication appropriately.

I had a wonderful experience while I stayed at the Grand Hyatt. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I only ran into the types of problems you have when so many people stay at one place (ie. no parking, elevators taking a long time). I loved my experience and would definitely go back in the future. I especially had a great experience with the valet staff on 7/16 around 10pm! Thanks guys!
