Thanks for a clean room and the breakfast needs to be upgraded

It was ok. Was just visiting a friend.

Bathroom not clean, and towel rack falling off wall. Room smelt very musty, and could tell where holes had been poorly patched. Only one lamp would work, and it looked like holes were just punched for water sprinklers. Not a very satisfying experience!!

This hotel was HORRIBLE. When we got to our room, there was an industrial size fan running, trying to dry the carpet that was soaking wet. The walls were filthy. The bedspreads had cigarette burns all over them (non smoking room), the a/c barely worked. It was disgusting. The next morning, I took a shower and when I reached for the clean towel that was folded on the shelf, they were SOAKING WET. I will never ever stay at an econo lodge again. When addressing the situations with the staff, they acted as if it wasn't a big deal at all and tried to do nothing to rectify the situation. So disgusting.
