Pump consistently shut off. Consequently, couldn't fill tank

I used my Walmart credit card. Should have gotten $0.05 off per gallon price. Did not. Gas was $1.999, I paid $1.999. This is the main reason I got the Walmart credit card. If you are not giving this discount anymore, customers should have been notified.
