The staff is always so friendly. I'm in the store 2-3 times a week and the customer service is superb.

I didn't have to wait for a pump. Also no long line inside store.

Attendants are always nice and polite. If they are out of a product, they usually can tell you when the item will be restocked in order to return for the purchase.

I am very satisfied with good and excellent service that I always received at that location. Misty the attendant that was on duty greeted all of the customers that came though the door. Your gas prices are most of the time reasonable for me. You know when you are on a fixed income, and on a tight budget is not easy at time. But I use your same location all the time because you all keep good gas price. I never had any problem with you all gas. I am a very satisfied customer.

Emily does a fantastic job. She has a bright positive demeanor and always tries to put a smile on my face. I come here instead of the flash food's down the street because of the great people who work this location. I have met everyone that works there since I came to covington in December and all of them are literally the best at what they do there. I can't think of one time where I was at all dissatisfied with the service.
