Usually the gas prices are competitive and the employees are friendly but this time neither of those were the case.

The attendant was talking to another worker didn't greet me nor acted as if they were happy to see a customer the were very rude and care about the conversation they were having rather then getting what I needed

The wait time is too long when people are buying scratch off or lotto. Sometimes there are 2 associates there but usually only 1 is at the register. Very frustrating at times. Associate named Melissa( british accent) is not very professional . im a regular customer and on several occasions i witnessed her being rude to customers which was unwarranted. This effects the rest of us waiting for our turn. 1 instance a gentlman couldnt use his debit card properly because Direct Express cards(SSI)can not be used at the pump, safety reasons, he was confused and asked her for assistance, she became irrate and belittled him. He stormed out in tears and i ran after him. I explained the card issue and helped him use his card at her register. I explained to her his issue which she was already aware of because my husband and I have these cards! The customer asked her why she couldnt just explain that to him instead of being rude, she stated she didnt know at which point i told her she lied and should apologize to him, she did. This is a problem which needs resolving maybe training. Tx
