Jesse was great! She was friendly, had good knowledge of how to manage my skin and the facial was great! It did seem like she was still not as experienced in the way she did the neck massage. It can be improved next time.

I have been fortunate in the service received though some employees are no longer at this facility. Just wondering how the number of available massages does not match the payments made and the months that I did not get a massage or other services.

The experience is wonderful. I feel good and understood with my needs. Patience is exhibited by the technicians. Service is excellent 👌.

Alexa is great. I've never had bad service from anyone there, but I will probably stick with her. We have good rapport.
