Very nice experience

The staff in the waiting area were very nice and personable. This was my first time with Lapaca and she was just so great that I’ll be booking with her for my future appointments.

From my first encounter with the receptionist, I experienced great customer service and felt very welcomed by all staff members. Even though I filled out all of the health and wellness questions beforehand as requested, the staff made sure that I understood by going over the entire questionnaire, again. That was definitely an extra layer of safety.

The receptionist is always friendly and engaging. The last two appointments at this location I have had great massage therapist. Both listened to my problem areas and applied more pressure in those areas and focused on my overall experience.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient.

LeSandra is an exceptional therapist! Over the past few months she has paid great attention to detail in understand my target areas and finding effective means to address the tightness or soreness I experience.

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, and helpful (I am a new customer). The massage therapist (Erica) listened when I told her which areas I wanted to focus on and checked in occasionally about how the pressure is, how I was feeling, etc. The experience overall was relaxing and I felt very comfortable with the staff and in the space.
