The staff is always very friendly. My schedule is complicated and busy but I can almost always find an appointment in the time frame I am looking. Micah is fantastic. He's friendly and personable while also being very professional. And he does amazing work!

I have been a member for a number of years and have always enjoyed my interactions during the check-in process as well as during my massage and facial services. I look forward to continuing my membership and enjoying services each month!

My experience every time is wonderful. The receptionists are great and helpful every time. My massage therapist, Lizzie is amazing and knows exactly what I need. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and helps me make a good decision for anything I want to add onto my visit. I will say the app is not very helpful in booking appointments and is confusing. I love my membership and my reward points.
