Just walking through the door at Hamd and Stone puts me at ease. The reception staff are efficient and friendly. My aesthetician Melissa is highly competent and such a pleasure to see on monthly basis.

I always feel at home at the Lake Nona location. Lisa is very knowledgeable regarding my skin and it’s needs. This last time my face was irritated from my rosacea and she was able to calm my skin and make me feel better. I always leave happy.

Grateful to have found another deep tissue therapist at H and S. Overall suggestions- would love to book wax appointments on the app instead of calling in, also, IMAGE is a great line and I think you could sell it so much more with better advertising!

My therapist Jessica is the best and understands my needs. Also, there has been a great improvement with the new receptionists. They are very friendly as always and know how to figure out how to use my monthly packages and gift cards without me having to explain as I used to alot in the past.
