I had a wonderful facial. I asked several Questions and my aesthetician was very knowledgeable I did not feel pressured to buy any services or products but was provided with options.

My massage therapist was great and knew what he was doing, made me feel comfortable, and I felt amazing when I left. The only thing that bothered me was that I think I started a little late. I arrived early with 3 other people that I planned to go with. 2 of us had massages at 1:00 and 2 of us had facials scheduled at 12:45 p.m. The first person who got called back around 12:45 was the other person who had a 1:00 massage scheduled, and the 2 people who had facials at 12:45 were called back. I sat there until 1:07 p.m. before I was called in. They were all done a little before me, but I wasn't thrilled that my massage probably didn't start unit around 1:15 p.m. and it ended before 2:00 p.m.

Overall great customer service. Upset that at one point I was charged for late fee when hand and stone personnel changed my appointment two times due to staff calling out. Facility is overall very clean which is important to me. Mara is outstanding.

Glenn is a great masseuse. He is very attentive to the needs of each person he works with. He will keep me coming back!

Alaina was just great. She has great pressure for a deep tissue massage and really knows how muscles can be focused. I had no clue how tight my shoulder were until she got them to un-tense.
