My therapist Glenn is very professional and personable. I’m immediately relaxed and can enjoy my massage. The relationship with the masseur is very important because it’s not just about the massage -it’s about being comfortable with the masseur; the masseur knowing your body; and being relaxed enough to allow your body to be massaged and manipulated.

I've had many massages in my life - but my massage from Glenn was by far the best I've ever had! Can't wait to schedule another appointment :)

Glenn always does a fantastic job determining any tough spots I have and working to get rid of them. I always appreciate his feedback so I can learn how I can adjust my life outside of the massage room to reduce the chance of recurrence of overuse.

Professional reception staff, ease of making appmts and value for the cost. Most important is my esthetician Tracy, absolutely love her. She listens to needs and addresses them with options available to solve the concerns. Tracy is very knowledgeable of not only the products at H&S but of other products in the market and can give advise on both H&S products as compared to other products.

Leah was very professional and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the products and techniques she was using and why. She was excellent!
