I cannot thank your entire staff enough for the kindness and healing they provided me on a day I really needed it. Both receptionists went above and beyond making me feel welcome, cared for and valued. Tiffany was efficient and attentive to my needs, helping me get my insurance receipt even though I mistakenly thought I already had it. Yvette simply was a joy to talk to making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Your staff made my experience. The absolute highlight was my masseuse Kim which I plan on returning to at least once a month for healing. Her experience in various forms of therapy assisted me in understanding where my pain was being generated and she not only relieved my pain, she was always willing to engage in conversation and gave me home exercises that I now do everyday and it appears to be helping to manage my chronic back and neck pain due to high stress. Thanks to your team for all they did for me and I have already recommended your location to approximately 4-5 people and will continue to rave about your location. I've been to many other massage therapists over the years and this experience topped them all by a mile. Thank you Yvette, Tiffany and Kim. Hope to see your positive smiling faces again in December. Everything was wonderful. I came in kind of stressed and I left feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Yvette was very lovely and friendly and Jenn was attentive and friendly as well. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely book another appointment.

I have been going to Kim years before she went to Hand and Stone. I go to H&S for Kim. If she stopped working there for some reason and went somewhere else I would follow her.

The needs I had were addressed and taken seriously and with care. The reception is always friendly and professional so I feel comfortable and welcome. The location of the establishment is close by to where I live so it's easy for me to walk over and go back making the whole experience relaxing (if I had to drive with traffic and park I would be more stressed).
