The receptionist was friendly greeting me. My scheduled appointment was on time. The masseuse checked periodically if the pressure was ok. The overall experience was a great massage.

I very much like the RMT's at H&S an the premises are convenient and very clean. I think the massages are getting very expensive considering they are only 50 minutes. Most insurance will not cover more than $106, so that's where a 60 minute massage should be. I'm looking to other RMTs for better deals to stretch my insurance coverage.

Not being rushed constantly through the process. Being heard and taken care of. Service was exactly what I needed. The pressure points and after massage relief from sore muscles and stiffness was amazing.

My last appointment was excellent. However, this was the last one from my membership as I have cancelled it. this is no reflection on the Bayview Village location, but instead on the Disera location. That location made an error on both mine and my daughters cancelation request and refused to adjust their policies even thought the mistake was theirs, made absolutely no effort to find out why we were cancelling, and were slow to respond to our concerns. You have raised your prices and have done nothing to reward loyalty of long term customers. And at only 50 minutes in length, it is hard to justify $100 plus tip. Too many other options available. After more than a decade of being a Hand and Stone customer, I am sad and disappointed to leave on such a negative note.
