I have been a member for several years and have never had a bad experience with anyone at Hand & Stone. Mercedes is an excellent message therapist.

From the start, Rayn was friendly and professional during my check in. She offered me things to start relaxing, like tea and a warm neck pad. Shayane was very professional and skilled at her job as a therapist. She was friendly and asked the right questions to get to know my body and where to work. She was very attentive and caring toward my needs.

Brandi and Janae were amazing and thorough. I felt truly relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I fell asleep during my facial with Janae, too
