I like the way the receptionists treat me when I arrive and Caitlyn's professional treatment and performance.

From the start, Rayn was friendly and professional during my check in. She offered me things to start relaxing, like tea and a warm neck pad. Shayane was very professional and skilled at her job as a therapist. She was friendly and asked the right questions to get to know my body and where to work. She was very attentive and caring toward my needs.

Brandi and Janae were amazing and thorough. I felt truly relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I fell asleep during my facial with Janae, too

I love having a consistent schedule getting in with my massage therapist and have built a great professional relationship that checks all my boxes for my needs.

Impressed with the esthetician’s knowledge of skin and her recommendations. She also had a very calming personality which is appreciated. The friendliness and professionalism from her and the receptionist was nice as well.

As usual it was an excellent massage. I think sometimes the add ons don't get communicated to the therapist. But both the therapist and front were great
