With the price increases, it is almost standard to use 2 packages for a facial. Hand and Stone facial is NOT a $180 service. I was unhappy before the price increase — now it is ridiculous. There is no transparency on what I am paying, the discounts and how they are charging me for services for facials. I likely will end my membership

The girls at the reception area are always friendly, the atmosphere makes you start your relaxation. My massage therapist is excellent, she applies the right pressure, asking me along the way if pressure is good. I like that we have a brief conversation at the beginning of the treatment and then we are quite.

Greeted quickly upon entry into the lobby. My massage therapist brought me back quickly upon arrival for appointment. My massage was a much needed relaxation day and it did its job.

I’m satisfied with my massage therapist. But since you don’t allow much before and after time, I never get a full 50 minutes of hands-on massage. That means at $1.80 a minute not getting 5 to 10 minutes of massage adds up after a while, 5 minutes = $8.70 & 10 minutes = $18!!! Add that up over 12 months and it = $104.40 & $216!!!!!! That’s enough for 1-2 1/2 additional massages. Since you won’t allow them more than 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after massage they have to cut people short or they would not have time to properly clean the room for the next guest. You need to reconsider the time given between guests! And being that your price is continuing to go up, I don’t think I will be sustaining my membership once I use all my packages.

This survey fails to consider those of us (arguably outliers) who have booked for the entire year in advance. Please note that I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the damned have-to-respond-everything-single-time-stupid-questions at the start of my visit. This is irrational, there's no excuse (not even liability-driven) for the stupidity of this repetition of the series of questions. And the questions themselves are inherently non-logical, as they drive a query about post-massage, too, even before the massage is experienced. My suggestion: ditch it completely. If it's deemed too important to completely ditch, then only ask the questions annually.

I haven’t been in the store in 2 years. The ability to book on my app and the friendliness of the staff when I arrive make me want to return soon.

The staff were very welcoming! The massage therapist did a great job focusing on my problem areas. I wish I had done the 80 minute massage! My only complaint was I could hear other people talking sometimes - either in the hallway or the next room - which broke the concentration on the calm atmosphere.

Sydney clearly takes the time to look over client notes before the appointment. She is better about remembering my allergy than I am. I always get consistently good service. The room has always been clean.

Geneva, my massage therapist is very knowledgeable about the human body. She listens then works on the problem areas. She has great technique and hands.
