The receptionist greeted me by name and Solomon is very responsive when I describe my areas of pain.

Great facial, poor customer service

I really enjoyed my service and my esthetician. However, the reception had a poor attitude when I was checking in. I was told to come 15 minutes early to my 8am appointment, but when I arrived at 7:45, the receptionist said I should be in reception before 7:50 and “don’t do it again”. I was given a gift card for my service (purchased by a member) and the purchaser was told that the gift card would cover the entire cost of the service. However, because I didn’t sign up for a membership after my service, I was charged the non -member price and had to pay an additional $60 out of pocket (not including the cost of upgrades I had agreed to pay for). I don’t care for the predatory sales nature of the business.

The receptionists are friendly. Laysha offers professional and thorough massages. I book my massages 3 -4 months in advance because she books up so quickly. I wish this facility was an all day spa that also offered saunas and a other services like scrubs and wraps.

Ashby was knowledgeable and professional. There were no issues. It was my first cryo treatment. I’m hoping for noticeable results after a few treatments.

The facility was calm, clean, and lit well. Intake survey was appropriate for first time customer. Treated well with respect and happiness, though it was a giftcard.
