The whole experience at my Hand & Stone is excellent. My esthetician evaluates each and everytime and tailors my facial for that appt. The whole staff are efficient & friendly, which makes my appt relaxing.

I have been with H&S for years and have used the same masseur. My children are now members.

Quia is one of the best therapists I have at this location. She was excellent at working on the spots that needed attention.

Excellent customer service and products

I had a facial appointment on my last visit. Tati was my provider and she was AMAZING. She was very professional and personable. She listened to my needs and concerns and addressed each one. She gave me great advice on products and how to use them. At the end, she gave the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had in a facial. I usually have to book a massage appointment to get that level of massage. I booked my next appointment with Tati that day and will continue to book her for all my facials.
