I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff is super help, the reception area is very clean and comfortable, and the esthetician is by far the best. I am very happy with how my skin has been looking based on the facials my esthetician has been recommending and the products she recommends to use at home as well.

Highly satisfied with my massage this day! She listened to my key areas and focused on what I wanted. She also took into consideration the areas I do not like massaged, such as the areas below the knees. The pressure was great! I’ve been to numerous hand and stone massages and I have to say this was probably one of the most pleasant experiences.

The massage therapist was excellent. He was knowledgeable and professional. I visit Hand and Stone regularly because I am able to get last minute appointments. I do not go in expecting much and have occasionally had some very bad massages. This therapist was excellent.

After that massage, now I have to figure out how ot return for a facial, even though I am only in town for a long weekend. I will be back for sure.

Jillienne absolutely knows her stuff and got me fixed. Sorry to hear she is leaving. I hope I can find another therapist there that is in the same league.

The service at Hand and Stone is comparable to some resort spas and much more economical which is wonderful.

This particular location is convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to relax.

This was my very first facial, and the aesthetician was able to recommend services to address my concerns of aging, blackheads on my face as well as relaxing during the facial experience. I’ve already made my next appointment within 30 days.
