I love so much my therapist for the facial, she was very friendly, professional, she has a high knowledge about products I work in the same industry and I can say she is really good at her job and making the business better

My therapist is good and very funny. I enjoy her a lot. Sometime the pressure she uses hurts but that's often because she works on areas that don't get a lot of attention otherwise. I understand that a little pain sometimes is worth it in the end. If the pain was ongoing then I would let her know to lessen the pressure.

I appreciated how fast the massage started because I came a couple minutes late. I liked the warm towels and how the massage therapist asked me questions throughout the massage about pressure.

The spa was clean and calm. My facial was exceptional thanks to the attention to detail from Evelyn. I noticed little things that are different than other reasonably priced facials, such as: the heated beds, weighted eye masks to shield from light, the use of gloves, and the way she ended the upper body and the face massage by a gentle placement of hands over ears to transition away from the massage. My most favourite part, because it should be common practice everywhere but has been extremely rare, was the offer of a tissue after extractions on the nose! The reception staff was super lovely and informative when I decided to ask more details about the membership. Thanks to the quality of the facial and the informative kindness from the receptionist I purchased the membership then and there although it was my first time ever trying Hand & Stone. A wonderful experience all around.
