This was my first visit to Hand and Stone for a massage. I was warmly greeted, offered water, and enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. My massage was on time, and my therapist was friendly and professional. She took the time to ask me questions and explain the process. The room was simple and on the plain side, but pleasant. My therapist was very experience and gave me an excellent massage. I knew where I had tightness in my body and she confirmed that, and offered more information from her observations. The products have no scent, which is perfect if you don't prefer that. I chose not to upgrade to aromatherapy products this time, but would like to next time. I was very happy with my experience.

I had a rib injury which we talked through and the masseuse was able to work around that issue and still provide a good massage experience for my extremities, hips, neck and shoulders
