Very relaxing environment. Receptionist was smiling and very friendly. Stash. Therapist was very good at her job.

The massage therapist, Emilea, is very good. I like the waiting area. It is very peaceful at hand and Stone.

I was relieved of neck pain and headaches from a recent car accident. Emily was very skilled at massage. I would definitely ask for her again

Therapist was thorough in getting deep pressure into the problem areas. Focused on trouble spots. Experienced therapist.

While my intended therapist accidentally took the wrong client back, Liam came to get me and was absolutely fantastic in handling the situation. They made sure to confirm the service type and length and, when there were discrepancies, double-checked with the front desk to ensure I would not be over charged or receive the incorrect service. They also asked questions to ensure the pressure applied wasn't to great or too light and, when I began crying due to releasing stored trauma, they responded with the utmost care and reassurance (they even greeted me with water and a hug after the service). 10/10, will return!

The only noticeable feedback to offer was the bed was not warmed as it typically is. I would have preferred that as it has been part of my experience every other visit.

Emily listened to me about my shoulder hurting and the pain that I was in. She was very good at addressing the areas I needed extra work on. She was very professional as well.

Amy was excellent and focused on the areas that needed attention, very knowledgeable. She suggested cupping for my shoulders which was very effective. I plan to ask for Amy for my next massage.

Staff was friendly, efficient and good facial. Not sure I needed the $50 up sale.
