The only noticeable feedback to offer was the bed was not warmed as it typically is. I would have preferred that as it has been part of my experience every other visit.

Emily listened to me about my shoulder hurting and the pain that I was in. She was very good at addressing the areas I needed extra work on. She was very professional as well.

Amy was excellent and focused on the areas that needed attention, very knowledgeable. She suggested cupping for my shoulders which was very effective. I plan to ask for Amy for my next massage.

Staff was friendly, efficient and good facial. Not sure I needed the $50 up sale.

My massage therapist did a great job addressing problem areas and ensuring I was comfortable. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. I would appreciate if hand and stone would start sending receipts or make them available online or on the app.
