I love that I could schedule my appointment online. The staff was incredibly friendly. The facilities were clean and relaxing and inviting. The esthetician I saw was so kind and helpful and did a fabulous job with my facial.

While my intended therapist accidentally took the wrong client back, Liam came to get me and was absolutely fantastic in handling the situation. They made sure to confirm the service type and length and, when there were discrepancies, double-checked with the front desk to ensure I would not be over charged or receive the incorrect service. They also asked questions to ensure the pressure applied wasn't to great or too light and, when I began crying due to releasing stored trauma, they responded with the utmost care and reassurance (they even greeted me with water and a hug after the service). 10/10, will return!
