Edgar helped us find the right mattress as we have been looking for 2 weeks now he was very patient and nothing was too much trouble

We were offered help after a few minutes in the store and then left to browse and request help if we needed it. No pressure, just right.

The use of the sleep match to support type of mattress suitable fo personal needs. Offered drinks and pillow, plus duvet to pur hae at end of purchasing mattress.

Very friendly and helpful assistance in shop; rather overwhelming choice but helped to narrow this down; ran out of time somewhat but managed to decide in time available & get order completed;

James the manager was very thorough, professional. helpful and understanding

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We received a warm welcome, shown the colour coding of mattresses, where ottoman style bases were located (as that is what we were looking for) offered a complimentary drink. We also were offered use of the sleepmatch machine, which was amazing and helped us to chose the right mattress for us.

The service from Laura and James was very welcoming, especially as I was very hungover. Usually I have a low tolerance for shopping and well "people" but they were awesome. Laura served me and made me a very needed strong coffee as I was going to my nans and was trying to sort my life out before I got there (it didn't work at all but still it was nice to be offered) I just told my nan I was ill, I think she bought it. Anyway so Laura put me on the sleep machine which kinda gave me a massage and the items it reccomended were lovely but the getting up and down was not the best idea so I didn't try them all. I did buy that amazing pillow she gave me whilst I was trying beds though. I will come back when I'm in less of a state. It was nice to sit and chat with them both for a little while and it was like I had known them before today.

Very pleased with our visit to this store. The whole team were very knowledgeable of the products and were willing and able to give us all the information we required. Plenty of time allowed for us to make our choice and no pushy sales talk.........just how shopping should be.

We had a great experience shopping at Bournemouth store. Laura was helpful, attentive and very friendly. We felt very welcome and she helped us choose our perfect bed. Excellent customer service! We would definitely recommend the store and will be shopping there again. Thank you!

It was very quick and easy after using the sleep machine to look at all the beds recommended Laura was very friendly and explained all of our options very clearly
