I was impressed with the sleepmatch machine which measures your body positions and determines which type of mattress is best for you. Having had the results explained to me I chose a mattress and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product.

The man who served us welcomed us when we walked into the store and was very helpful when we had decided on the bed we wished to purchase. He was very knowledgable and friendly and the service was very good.

The staff member was very helpful to me in explaining the differences between the items on sale and did not pressure me at all to purchase anything in particular or anything at all. Very friendly.

Very clever technology to determine which matress was best suited to us. Laura was extremely friendly and happy to entertain our 2 year old whilst we were on the bed machine thingy! She was also very knowledgable about the products
