Myself, with anxiety disorder, and my partner, with Asperger's, were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The assistant (Laura, Castle Lane West, Bournemouth) was very friendly, helpful, and charming, but was also professional and gave us space (wasn't constantly at our elbows, which is something off-putting about businesses such as Lush). She was also very patient - it is the first time my partner will be moving, and had to make phone calls to his parents so be assured they could help with set up, etc. It is also a credit to Dreams that you have a pay nothing now option, as we are both financially unstable - both of us are starting new jobs, but were put in a position where we would have to find a home, or separate. So this option gave us much needed peace of mind, as we need a bed now, but cannot pay for it all for a few months. The bed is gorgeous, has a huge amount of storage, which we need, and we also know what kind of mattress we would like when we come back to buy a new one!

The advice and help we received from Siobhan was excellent. She showed very good product knowledge and explained the options clearly. She wasn't pushy but was patient in giving us options and letting us choose our mattress.

Siobhan who dealt with us at the Bournemouth Castle Lane store, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She made sure we were comfortable with the quote and that we understood everything contained in it, and also that we had everything we came to the store for.
