Siobhan was extremely helpful without being pushy. Sometimes the assistants are too pushy and it results in me wanting to leave the store without my purchase

I can honestly say I didn't think that buying a bed, mattress and pillows would be so enjoyable and so easy! On entering the store we were greeted (very important!) with lovely smiles by Laura and James. Both were delightful and their knowledge cleared up points that might have been a problem later for me. I told Laura the kind of bed I wanted plus my health issues and she knew exactly what would work and what might not. I tried the Sleep Machine, which was fun, but ultimately after lying on a few beds, and a welcome tea and coffee , chose the first bed and spent time chatting and laughing. Hugely impressed!

A very warm welcome from Laura as she was very informative, enabling me to make a decision as to which bed was my ideal for comfort and durability.She also was very helpful with her advice and knowledge on the other in-store products. We would give her an appraisal score of 10/10

James helped us choose the mattress that was right for us and talked us through all the options thoroughly. He was very helpful

The assistant was available to speak to as soon as we entered the shop. She was very knowledgeable about the bed that we bought a few months ago and also the tempur pillow which I had given up with. She advised me to give the pillow at least 10 night to get used to it. I tried it again last night and slept like a baby. We have now bought some more sheets to get the maximum benefit if our two tempur mattresses in the house. She couldn't have been more helpful and we were even given some coffee during our visit.

Staff were very patient in listening to particular requirements. They were then very helpful in directing me to what they felt would be a correct option of bed to purchase. At no time was I rushed into making a decision. I was given as much time as I needed to come to what is hopefully going to be the correct purchase.

Laura and James were very pleasant and easy to talk to without being pushy. They had extensive product knowledge and were able to answer any questions and suggest relevant alternatives where necessary. The coffee was also very good.

Staff very helpful and gave thoroughly good advice, we had lots of time to check out many items and we're not pressed to make an order

Staff were very friendly, and addressed all of my needs. I was offered tea and biscuits whilst sorting the paperwork. They were all very helpful, and I never felt pressured into a purchase. Very good service.
