The assistants clearly work on commission. There was an element of interest in what I wanted but the overriding and driving factor was to get me to sign up to the sale that day. When I explained that I wanted to talk to my husband it was not me trying to avoid committing to the sale. I was buying a bed for both of us and he was not there. The assistant did not want to let me out of her sight. although very friendly I did not feel that this was genuine and the sale was her priority

Ordered a sofa bed and although we had been told that it was available before Xmas if ordered before 28th we still have not had the delivery confirmed. Have received an order confirmation with no delivery date as well as a call from the store saying that "customer services will now be calling with delivery date" but apparently there is a "system problem" and as yet we have heard nothing. V Unhappy......

I feel that to charge for a delivery £40 is excessive. Also not being given the option to collect from the store is unjust. You may as well increase the cost of the item and state free delivery. Bad marketing as I would probably not return to you due to that. However once I complained instantly it was reduced to £20 so clearly this is a total rip off!! Sorry very disappointed and will use benson beds in future

James was very helpful, he explained to me the differences between the mattresses and took out a premium ready to take away, for me try it, twice, so that I could decide what was best for me and my back.
