I am very happy with the service however price was much higher than in other stores. This is the reason we are not highly satisfied. But despite the higher price we still made an order with dreams simply because of amazing consultant Edgar. He gave us so much information and advice. We wasn't ready to make an order, just look around but after Edgars assistance changed our minds and made an order same day. He is very professional and polite, nice guy.

My view is there is always room for improvement. Maybe the unit it's self is not as well present as your other store. I.e. This one is proberly a bit dated and needs a face lift?

I object to "upselling" on a purchase like this. I have never broken a bed in 50 years so do not see why I'd want a warranty, or to feel obliged to spend £50 on a mattress protector when I can get one for a quarter of the price elsewhere, and if I need bedding I'll buy it

I feel the assistant should have gone through the final bill with us, instead of just handing it to us, explaining each item just to make sure we were happy with everything. He went through the terms and conditions and the insurance cover, but not what we had actually purchased and the price of each item.

I feel the choice of bed frames (the product I bought) was limited. However this was explained to me by the store manager and I was happy with the bed frame I saw. Store manager very informative and helpful.

When we got home we were annoyed to find that if we had placed this order online we would not have been charged £39.00 for delivery for a mattress. Why are online orders free but instore you have to pay £39.00. Can somebody get back to me about this please.

We were annoyed to find when getting home and looking on the website that if we had ordered online we would not have had to pay £39.00 for the delivery of a mattress as online orders are free.
