Unfortunately, after my order was placed, there was a problem with the computer systems when the assistant and manager tried to connect with the Finance Company. Thankfully I was able to wait around whilst this problem was rectified (I was actually in the store for 2 hours!!), but had I been on my lunch break then Dreams would have lost a sale. I cannot fault the manager or the assistant who offered me drinks and were very apologetic, but it was still inconvenient.

could you define the difference between satisfied and highly satisfied after all its a mattress not the national lottery winning numbers i left with.

when previously popped in to have a look, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, when i went to place the order different members of staff were working not as friendly and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

The assistant should not shadow the customer around the store. However she was very knowledgeable. We refused the service plan (85) which was concealed in the overall pricing.

every thing was fine.. highly satisfied with so much competition is a big ask. almost three week delivery time is a bit disappointing.

The store and assistant experience was very good, however, spending 3K+ on a bed is I hope going to be worth it?
