I thought as this was a new shop there would be more stock available as buying a bed is really a thing you need to try out rather buy online. More choice in the shop.

My credit application was declined three times due to me being in the process of moving. The lengthy process to get it agreed was delt with professionally by your staff member but did mean I was in store for over two hours!!

My shopping experience was fine, only criticism was that there was only one member of staff and he was busy with another customer, so had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen.

I was not highly satisfied as the mattress was expensive but not the most comfortable I've ever had. Maybe I just prefer a softer one but this has been good for my back so far.
