We went in to get a new bed and mattress, we saw one we liked pretty much straight away a member of staff came over, assisted us straight away and explained the differences in the mattresses that they sold, was very quick and efficient.. We then processed our order and was offered half price bedding etc; we decided not to but then changed our mind, the man then told us it wasn't possible as he has processed the order, however I believe that we should have still been able to receive that offer regardless, we had just spent over £700 pounds, however the another member of staff came over and said that it was possible to still honour hat deal that you had regarding half price bedding, it was dealt with efficiently and with respect from ourselves and the members of staff that work there! I was also aware that the store has only been open for a week, so very impressed and would defiantly be going back

Would be good for a corner with something for the kids to do etc to allow us to take in everything being told. We had no option but to bring them with us and they got bored very quickly

I visited this Dreams twice before I did the big purchase. The staff knew I was a student and did not offer a student discount at the beginning even when they know it. I only got a student discount in the end because I joked about whether Dreams had a student discount and the staff said yes, saving me £99 on this visit. Any information given at the beginning given the staff understand my situation would have been nice, and not finding out last minute just as before I paid that I could get a discount.
