We were not rushed into making a purchase. James gave us information and encouraged us to try all the beds in our own time. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a bed and mattress.

Rachel is very knowledgeable on all the products in the store. I needed to puirchase a new double divan and mattress and having explained my requirements to her, she showed me several suitable models, one of which I selected and purchased. I would highly recommend this store.

B338 - First impressions were good, the store was light, bright, clean and well laid out, with plenty of parking bays outside. The store was easily accessible. We were approached by James who was very patient with me, I'm 85 years old. He listened to my requirements and had excellent product knowledge. James was professional throughout and friendly without overstepping the line. We enjoyed a hot drink, which was a nice touch. Whilst he made suggestions of additional items e.g. headboard, pillows at no time did he try to hard sell. He went through the order thoroughly explained the document clearly before he requested my signature. He also explained the Dreams 40 day comfort guarantee and how to put it in action if required. I noticed that he kept a constant eye on the beds, smoothing and straightening the runners where required. All in all a good buying experience.

Edgar was excellent. He was really helpful, answering all of our questions, explaining the different options etc. He gave us time to think about our purchase and then processed the purchase really efficiently. A great experience, we even bought a great pillow that we hadn't planned! My husband hates shopping and even he was satisfied with our experience. Thank you Edgar.

The assistant, Rachael, was very experienced and knowledgeable despite only being there for around 2-3 weeks. She went to a great deal of trouble to tell us all the details and find out more as required, without rushing or putting pressure on us. We went away with a comprehensive understanding of the bed products we could consider as well as two great new pillows recommended by Rachael. We also had a detailed quote to look at in our own time with insurance and mattress cover included.

We were most satisfied with the sales person Edgar who was able to answer all our questions with confidence. He also gave us time to think about our purchases without any pressure. He was very polite as were all the staff in the store.

The staff were all very friendly and allowed us to look round without being hassled. However when we asked questions they were answer and help was offered from the start. They were particularly helpful at distracting our children while we made our choice, allowing them to try out beds in a sensible manner and were very kind in listening to their questions.
