I can't answer about quality of product until I have my goods delivered and seen them. You can't go by the models in the shop because people have laid on them and some are not put together well. The assistance I had with choosing and ordering was very good. The person was not pushy, but informed me of my choices. The ordering in was quick and offered a date for deliver. Oh yes. And a cup of coffee.

They are very nice to us and helpful.

Met by James the store manager, very friendly and smiley. Explained the layout of the beds, gave us time alone to explore. We were encouraged to try the beds. Very helpful chap.

James and Ratchel were very helpful and The customer care that they carried out through my purchase at dreams was very professional and I will definitely be returning when me and my husband update our bed and shop here .As This was for our sons room . Thankyou James and Ratchel for all your help and support let's hope that when it's delivered and assembled on the 23rd I am still a very happy customer Thankyou .

Seckin was very happy to provide a clear explanation of your different mattress types, even though I later noticed the posters on the walls. He spent time allowing me to make up my mind, without making me feel pressured in any way. James assisted at the point of sale, he was extremely friendly and helpful and helped me understand the additional covers. I liked the fact that they both made me feel happy about my purchase, they seemed interested in my needs and not just the "sale". Thank you for your help.

There was a good range of beds and one in particular suited our needs exactly. We had not intended to buy today but we were very impressed with prices and James' knowledge and the professional way he dealt with us that we decided to look no further.

A well laid out display, an assistant who offered all the support we could wish for, as and when we wanted it. We were left alone after being given the information we asked for and then supported through the purchase process.

The colleague was so knowledgable very easy to talk to gave us plenty of time to consider purchase every help and assistance was forthcoming absolute star
