Dreams - Bournemouth

we went to dreams with a cheaper online price for the same products and were very pleasantly surprised with the 'price promise' we came away with making it a very easy experience and we were able to see and test the products whilst in store....many thanks Rachel

Although the mattress type was not available to view in store (Bournemouth), we subsequently tried it at another Dreams store (Poole). We returned to the Bournemouth store to place the order as we found the staff more friendly.

Very quick and friendly service

We were extremely happy with the service we received and our sales representative was very efficient, friendly and attentive to all our needs. She listened to every piece of information we told her and we received an exceptional personal service. The item we originally were looking for was not in this specific store, but we weren't dismissed at all and in fact, we were keen to look at other products within this store, and we made a different choice with the help of the other colleague. We and our friends were looked after very well and would highly recommend the sales team and the store

I found the shop to be clean & tidy, and well layed out to view and try the mattress'. I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in which was a great help as I wasn't sure what sort of mattress I needed due to a bad back. I was even offered a hot drink from the manager which is always nice on a cold day.

Having not purchased a new mattress for a few years, we were given a lot of help from a very knowledgeable staff member in identifying the most suitable one for our needs but being encouraged to take our time in choosing the most comfortable one for us.

The assistant, Rachel, was new, but she could not have been more helpful. If she didn't know she found out.

My friend and I came into the store in Bournemouth to be greeted by Rachel, who from the off set was very warm and welcoming! She first asked if I needed any help or if I was just looking, I explained I was looking for my first mattress and explained my back issues, and straight away she knew which one was for me! She got a pillow and asked me to try it out, even offered us a cup of tea! Rachel is a huge credit to your company and I would like to thank her for helping me choose the right bed, and for being so helpful and quick with quotes etc. She is very friendly and I hope this manages to get back to her, thank you again to Rachel!

Brian was excellent. He was helpful but not intrusive. We found him very easy to deal with.

We were welcomed when we walked in and the sales advisor was not at all pushy but really helpful and friendly.
