We were very impressed with the knowledge and service provided by James and Seckin. Nothing was too much trouble, and we would recommend them to family and friends

The Assistant (Seckin) was very polite and friendly and, unlike store assistants in other stores, was not "pushy". He simply explained the benefits of the various products (orthopaedic mattresses) that I was interested in, in a very clear manner.

We were able to browse and try the beds in as much time as we needed, without feeling rushed. Excellent service given by Seckin at the Bournemouth branch , he was polite ,friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. We purchased a bed at a very good price in the sale, and would definitely visit this store again.

We were given time to think, plenty of options & useful information. The assistant was not pushy, understood our needs & was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about, therefore gave us convenience in what we were buying. Also extra offers/options explained fully and clearly. Very impressed with the service, choice and friendliness of Dreams. Would return again.

The product we wanted was on display and the ordering process was dealt with very efficiently by a very pleasant staff member. We will be looking for a new bed and mattress in the new year and Dreams will certainly be our first port of call.

My husband and I were just popping in to view a couple of the beds which we had seen online. We were greeted swiftly by Seckin, who was able to advise us of the sale prices. He also helped us to make a decision between the two beds we liked; I was interested in a gas lift bed for storage purposes and was nervous about the 'Manhattan' bed as I thought that the pull out drawers would be too weak to hold bed linen. (My Mother in law said that many drawers break or warp over time) But Seckin stood in the drawer to demonstrate the strength and quality of the product. He also told us the available colours and gave us time to have a think about our purchase without pressuring us. We were surprised at the delivery dates available and pleased to be able to upgrade to sprung slats and Seckin also told us about the offer on Silentnight Pillows which we also added. Such an easy process, and the afore mentioned Mother in law is so impressed by our Ivory leather Manhatten bed, that I'm sure she'll be popping instore soon too!

Quick process. Non pushy sales staff. Good.
