Both members of staff we friendly and inviting. Seckin, who walked me through my order seemed to be enthusiastic and had good knowledge of both the store and the products, providing recommendations based of information given to him. Extremely helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my needs and wanted to help where he could. Felt very welcome in the store, given time to browse through products and make a decision and was given coffee whilst I waited (a short period of time) for my products to be processed. Seckin also helped with the loading of the products into my car, very pleased experience and will defiantly return to the store for future needs.

James M was very helpful but not a pushy salesman just told me what I needed to know.

I was welcomed. I was given priority. I was not pressured yet given fully informed information on product best suited for my need. Staff member James was knowledgeable in the goods displayed and had confidence in the product and that a solution would be found for a comfortable sleep and introduced me to the i cloud pillow. Also he made me aware of the benefits of my 'flaxby' and made it his business to inform me of the 'forty day guarantee'

Rachel who served us was so hopefully. Offered us a drink and even chatted to our children. Was going to purchase a bed and mattress but need time to think about it. Rachel supported this too

We can find the bed we want . we tried and tested as many time as we want in different items . and staff are happy to help when we need to .

Rachel was extremely helpful in advising us what mattress would suit our needs. The quality of the mattresses were of a very high standard with plenty of choice.

On our first visit Seckin greeted us, helped narrow our search with his vast knowledge & offered us hot drinks. Later we discussed all the stores we visited & agreed that Dreams had the best range of products & Seckin had the best customer service. We were glad that Seckin was there the next day as we had built great rapport. He welcomed us back, answered all our follow up questions & gave us a hot beverage. During this visit he offered us pillows to try & after trying multiple combinations we eventually came to out decisions. During this time his colleague Rachel grabbed some items we wished to feel to ensure quality. He offered us more drinks and after finalising we all chatted a little longer & had some more laughs. Seckin helped us with our items to the car. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time & highly recommend Winton Branch to everyone!!

We were welcomed upon entering the store and the assistant was very helpful and informative about all the mattresses. She allowed us time to try out the mattresses on our own and put us at our ease. We were able to make our own minds up without feeling pressured.
